Working as a consultant for the production company, I identified a creative misalignment in the initial talent pool for TravelPerk’s ‘Breakthroughs’ campaign. Recognising the need for a more distinct visual signature, I leveraged my industry network to headhunt and secure director Femi Ladi. By facilitating a winning pitch process, the project secured a unanimous bid and resulted in a global campaign with flagship OOH placements in Times Square.Beyond traditional production, I provide strategic creative consultancy for agencies and production houses. Leveraging a deep network of global talent, I specialise in Talent Curation—identifying and securing the specific directorial voices needed to elevate a brief, win competitive pitches, and deliver high-calibre assets for global campaigns.
